This cafe in downtown Eagle is open daily for breakfast and lunch, offering coffee and espresso drinks, pastries and bagels. Freshly made sandwiches are served on a ciabatta roll, French wheat bread or wrap, and there are dozens of hot and cold styles available to order. Homemade soups and salads include healthy and hearty ingredients, like the Red Canyon House Salad with romaine, spinach, apple, tomato, onion, blue cheese crumbles, dried cranberries and pecans. Owner Ryan Murray opened the cafe in 2006, and he likes to feature local artists on the walls. The space has become a relaxed and welcoming gathering spot for the community, as well as a drop-off site for local Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) orders. Guests can stop in for coffee or lunch and free WiFi.
