This locally owned steakhouse lets you choose your own cut of meat or poultry, then cook it yourself over an open grill. Select from several steak options, such as rib eye, New York strip or T-bone, or try out the wild Alaskan salmon or teriyaki chicken. The wide variety of marinades allows you to to prepare your main course just the way you like it, while making new friends as you cook. All main dishes come with the fully stocked salad bar. Side dish options include Colorado sweet corn, cream of spinach and twice-baked potatoes. Rental of the entire place for a private party in available.
