Executive Chef Jack Burkhardt uses fresh Rocky Mountain ingredients to offer a variety of innovative soups, sandwiches, salads and mains. Try out some of the signature dishes such as the Tennessee hot chicken sandwich with pickled mustard slaw and house-made hot sauce, the duck ramen bowl with a poached egg and shiitake mushrooms, or the four cheese flatbread with Manchego and pepper. Pair your dish with a fun cocktail such as The Bee Sting, which is infused with fennel pollen, lemon and honey, or The Ring of Fire, made with cane rum, habanero and bitters.
