In the distant reaches of Blue Sky Basin at 11,480 feet, this rustic outpost is the farthest-flung dining destination on Vail Mountain. Warm up with hot chocolate and coffee or grab a snack and keep on skiing. Pre-made sandwiches, chips and cookies, brownies and other sweets are available. This small, mountain-hut space features picnic-style seating and a roaring fire indoors, but it is known for its deck that's outfitted with two grills for back-country cookouts. Pack in your own food and supplement it with offerings from Belle's Camp to enjoy a picnic lunch in an awe-inspiring setting. Belle's Camp is open during the winter season only.
