Hundreds of inches of white, fluffy powder, thousands of acres of skiable terrain, highly qualified ski instructors, gondolas, chair lifts and a chondola (a gondola-chair lift mix), world-class restaurants on the mountain … Beaver Creek Ski Resort is a paradise for anyone who loves to ski, snowboard or shred.
Just because the mountain is huge doesn’t mean that Beaver Creek ski resort is for experts only. As a matter of fact, almost two-thirds of Beaver Creek mountain is perfect for the beginner and intermediate skier. But for you experts, you’ll find plenty of challenging, heart-pounding runs at Beaver Creek Resort – steeps, bumps, twists, turns and plain old ski fun.
There is a lovely kids’ area that is perfect for the beginning skier – it takes the fear out of the mountain. The Buckaroo Gondola, is just a short ride up to The Ranch where kids can eat, warm up and get the feel of the skis under their feet. Additionally, there is a magic carpet, a motorized mat that pulls the skier or snowboarder up the mountain at a nice slow speed. Hit the Red Buffalo area on top of Beaver Creek mountain for a true resort experience.
